***HOW TO COOK BBQ CHICKEN WINGS ON THE GRILL***

Step #1
First you will need to prepare your BBQ Chicken Wings using all the ingredients above. Start by covering your wings with your favourite rub. Once that is done let them sit for 30-60 minutes while you get your grill set up for indirect cooking.

Step #2
Once your grill is up to 300 degrees you will place your wings onto the cool side of the grill. Add your favourite hardwood for some added smoke flavour and begin cooking for 60 minutes.

Step #3
After 40 minutes of cooking, you are going to open the grill and flip the wings and sauce both sides. When this is done close the lid and continue cooking for another 20 minutes or until your wings reach 165 degrees.

Step #4
Once your wings reach 165 degrees they will be done, however we want to know move them over to the direct heat zone and cook them on both sides for a few extra minutes to allow a little bit of char to form for some added flavour.

Step #5
After you are happy with your color, remove them from the grill and let the cool a few minutes before digging in to the feast!

That’s it, Enjoy.
