1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Honey
5 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 tsp Minced Ginger
corn starch to thicken (use as desired) NOTE: the sauce will thicken as it cools.

***HOW TO MAKE THIS EASY HONEY GARLIC SAUCE RECIPE***

Step #1
First you are going to want to gather all your ingredients together. Once this is all done, you are going to begin by mincing up your garlic and ginger. Once this is done you will add the soy sauce, ginger and garlic together and let it simmer for a few minutes to help pull out the flavour of the garlic and ginger. This will also help soften them.

Step #2
After a few minutes, add in your honey and mix well. At this point give your sauce a taste and adjust it to your taste. Once you are happy with your flavour, add your corn starch which has been mixed with cold water to your honey garlic sauce. This will begin to thicken it until it reaches your desired consistency and thickness.

Step #3
After you have thickened your honey and Garlic sauce to your desired thickness, remove it from the heat and let cool at room tempreture. NOTE: this sauce will thicken a bit more once it is cooled so make sure to take that into consideration when thickening your sauce.

INGREDIENTS THAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS COOK:

2 whole chickens (cut in two)
Oil to rub on chicken before rub
BBQ Rub of your choice
Optional BBQ Sauce if desired

***HOW TO MAKE THIS EASY SMOKED CHICKEN WINGS RECIPE***

Step #1
First you are going to take your whole chickens and remove the backbone by either using a bread knife or poultry cutters. Once the Backbone is removed place a thin coating of oil onto the bird then cover them in your favourite bbq rub. You will coat all sides and then let it sit for about 20 minutes while you set up your grill.

Step #2
Once you Chicken halves have been seasoned and your grill is set up for cooking at around 275 degrees you will then go ahead and hang your chicken in the barrel and begin cooking for 2 hours. Add in your favourite hardwood to add some extra smoky flavour.

Step #3
After about 1.5 hours you chicken is ready to be sauced if you wise to sauce them. Once your chicken has been sauce to your liking place the lid back on and continue cooking for an additional 30 minutes or until your chicken reaches an internal tempreture of 165 degrees.

INGREDIENTS THAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS COOK:

1 Pack of buffalo wings
BBQ Rub of your choice
1 cup hot sauce (we used Franks)
1/3 cup butter
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp chili flakes

***HOW TO MAKE THIS EASY SMOKED CHICKEN WINGS RECIPE***

Step #1
First you are going to take your chicken wings and cover them in your favourite bbq rub. You will coat all sides and then let it sit for about 20 minutes while you set up your grill.

Step #2
Once you Chicken wings have been seasoned and your grill is set up for indirect cooking at around 275 degrees you will then go ahead and place your wings on the grill and begin cooking for just over 1 hour. After 30-40 minutes of cooking go ahead an flip the wings to get some even cooking.

Step #3
After about 1 hour you wings are ready to be sauced. Go ahead and brush on your spicy buffalo sauce onto both sides and then continue to cook for an additional 5-7 minutes. During this time open up your vents a bit or on the Pit Barrel crack the lid open a bit to allow more air to come in and heat of up your coals a bit. This will help set the sauce and make it taste real nice.

Step #4
After just over an hour of cooking these Smoked Buffalo wings will be done. Go ahead and remove them from the grill and serve. If you like your wings a bit more saucy like us, go ahead and add the remaining sauce onto the wings.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken Thighs – Stuffed Chicken Thighs Recipe on the Grill 

In this Bacon Wrapped Chicken Thighs Recipe, we will teach you how to make stuffed chicken thighs filled with cheese. This Easy Bacon Wrapped Chicken Recipe is one that is simple to do and tastes great! We stuffed these Bacon Wrapped Chicken Thighs with Monterey Jack Cheese, but use whatever is your favourite! INGREDIENTS THAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS COOK:

1 Pack of Bacon
10-12 Boneless Chicken Thighs (the larger the better)
Cubed chunks of Cheese (use your favourite)
1 small onion
minced Garlic
BBQ Rub for seasoning
***HOW TO MAKE THESE EASY BACON WRAPPED CHICKEN THIGHS***

Step #1
We need to start this recipe by building our stuffed Chicken Thighs. You are going to want to open your chicken thighs and place a layer of BBQ Rub on them. Next grab your cheese, onion and garlic and place them onto the chicken thigh. You will then fold it over and begin to wrap the thigh closed using your Bacon. Make sure to wrap it snug so that you don’t need to use toothpicks to hold it together.

Step #2
Once your Bacon Wrapped Chicken is stuffed, you are going to take your BBQ Rub and place another layer on top of the bacon. This is going to give it a bit more color as it cooks and help enhance the flavours. After this is done, you can let them hang out while you get your grill set up. You will want to set up your grill with indirect heat with a tempreture of 350 degrees.

Step #3
Now that your Grill is up to tempreture go ahead and place your chicken thighs on the grill opposite the coals and you are going to start cooking the bacon wrapped chicken thighs for 45 minutes at 350 degree. Also, you will want to add in your favourite hardwood to help add some smokey flavours.

Step #4
After 45 minutes of cooking, your chicken thighs are ready to be sauced. You are going to place the sauce on them and let them cook for an additional 15-20 minutes or until you have reached an internal tempreture of 165 degrees. At this temp Chicken is safe to eat so you now it is done. After it is done take it off the grill and let it rest for a few minutes and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS THAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS COOK:

1 Pork Shoulder
BBQ Rub
Apple Juice
*Optional Injecting liquids*

***HOW TO MAKE THIS EASY TERIYAKI CHICKEN THIGH RECIPE***

Step #1
First you are going to take your pork shoulder and trim it up removing the skin (our preference) and much of the un needed fat. Once this is done give it a rinse with cold water and pat dry with paper towl

Step #2
Once your Pork Shoulder is prepped, you are going to apply a liberal coating of your BBQ Rub. Once this is done we are going to find two secure places to place our hooks. Make sure you get enough meat hooked so that the hooks don’t pull out of the meat. Once this is done you are going to let it sit for 1-2 hours and let that rub marinate into the meat a bit.

Step #3
While you meat is sitting, you are going to prepare your grill. If you are using a kettle or other type of grill you are going to want to set it up for indirect cooking at 275. With the pit barrel cooker, you are going to want to fill up the charcoal basket all the way, then using a small chimney starter you will take out about 40 briquets to light. When the coals are mostly hot go ahead and dump them on top of the unlit coals and close the lid. This method will keep your coals burning around 275 for 6-8 hours.

Step #4
Once your grill is up to temp, Go ahead and put your pork shoulder into the grill along with some wood to begin smoking with. Close the lid and begin to smoke for about 4-5 hours or until an internal temp of 165 degrees.

Step 5
When your Smoked Pork Shoulder reaches an internal temp of 165 you are going to pull it out of the grill and place it on some foil. Also apply a second layer of BBQ rub and a little bit of apple juice. Wrap it up tight and place back on the grill for a few more hours and cook until an internal temp between 200-203. Once it reaches this point, remove it from the grill and let it rest unwrapped for 20-40 minutes.

Lastly, Pull it and Enjoy.

What you will need to make Smoked Chicken Quarters with Alabama White Sauce Recipe is:

4 Chicken Leg Quarters
Oil

Chicken Rub
– 1 tbs salt
– 1 tbs pepper
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder

Alabama White Sauce – http://amzn.to/2chkjGN
– 2 cups mayo
– 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
– 1 tbs black pepper
– 1 tbs sugar
– 2 tsp garlic
– 1 tsp Salt
– 2 tbs horseradish
– Juice from one lemon (3 tbs)
– 1/2 tbs worcestershire sauce

Smoked Chicken Quarters Step #1
First, you will need to prepare the Chicken by taking your oil and brushing some oil onto both sides. This will help your seasoning/rub to stick to the chicken. Apply rub and let set for 30-40 minutes.

Smoked Chicken Quarters Step #2
Once your chicken is seasoned, you will then set up your grill for indirect cooking at 275-300 degrees (f). Apply the Chicken Quarters indirect on the grill and place in two lumps of hardwood to begin smoking for around 1 hour.

Smoked Chicken Quarters Step #3
While your chicken is smoking away, now is the time to begin making your Alabama White Sauce Recipe. Take all your ingredients listed above and wisk it all together. The consistency should be smooth and liquidy. If your sauce is thick you can thin it down by adding more cider vinegar or even a bit of water. Once your Alabama White Sauce is done, place it in the fridge to chill.

Smoked Chicken Quarters Step #4
After 1 hour on the grill your chicken should be pretty close to being done. At this point you will take your chicken and dunk it into your white sauce and then place it back on the grill for an additional 15 minutes.

Smoked Chicken Quarters Step #5
After a total time of 1 hour 15 minutes your chicken will be done and it’s now time to pull it off the grill to let it rest for 5-10 minutes. After your chicken quarters have rested you can then take your white sauce and drizzle it over your chicken one last time before you feast.

Ingredients you will need to make this Smoked Pork Loin Recipe is:

1 Pork loin 4-7 lbs
BBQ Rub
BBQ Sauce

Spicy mayo

Smoked Pork Loin Step #1
Start by rinsing and drying off your pork loin. Once dried, begin to apply your favourite BBQ Rub and let rest for 30 minutes. ** Note, we recommend leaving the fat on, this helps keep the pork loin more juicy.**

Smoked Pork Loin Step #2
Set up your grill for indirect cooking and bring it up to a cooking temp of 250-275 degrees. Once the grill is up to temp, place the pork loin opposite the coals and begin cooking for around 2 hours.

Smoked Pork Loin Step #3
After 1.5 hours you will notice that the pork loin has taken on a nice color and now is the time to add a thin layer of bbq sauce to help add to the flavour profile of the bbq smoked pork loin. Once sauced continue cooking for another 30 minutes.

Smoked Pork Loin Step #4
After 2 hours your Smoked pork loin should be done. At this time, take your meat thermometer to read the internal tempreture. Your pork loin will be done when the internal temp is a minimum of 145 degrees. NOTE: Pork needs to be cooked to a minimum of 145 degrees to be safe for eating.

Smoked Pork Loin Step #5
Once your Smoked Pork Loin is at 145 degrees internal temp, take it off the grill and let it rest a minimum of 15 minutes to allow the juices to even out. This will help make your Smoked pork loin more juicy and tender.

Lastly, slice thin and enjoy.

What you will need to make this Easy Chili Recipe is:

1.5 lbs ground beef
1 jalapeno – diced
2 peppers – diced
2 small onions – diced
2 tbs garlic
1 large can (20-24oz) diced tomatoes
2 cans kidney beans
1 can baked beans
1 large can tomato sauce
1/4 cup chili powder
1/2 tbs salt
1/2 tbs oragano
1/2 tps cumin seed
1/2 tbs coriander

CHILI RECIPE STEP #1
First you will want take your ground beef and make some basic beef patties and seasoning them with a touch of salt and pepper. once your grill is hot begin to grill your burgers until cooked through at medium heat.

CHILI RECIPE STEP #2
While the burgers are cooking you will begin to dice down all your veggies and place them in a large bowl.

CHILI RECIPE STEP #3
After the burgers are finished remove them from the grill and begin to saute your diced veggies in a hot cast iron pan until they become translucent. At this point you will want to begin to add your spices and continue to saute for a couple minutes to pull out the flavours of the spices.

CHILI RECIPE STEP #4
Next add your ground beef, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, baked beans and tomato sauce. Mix together and begin cooking with the lid on for 45 minutes over medium heat.

CHILI RECIPE STEP #5
After 45 minutes give it a quick mix, then continue cooking your chili for another 45-60 minutes. Also as an option place a chunck of hardwood into the coals to add a bit more smoky flavour.

After 1.5 hours total cooking time your Chili is done. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes before digging in.

In this Bacon Bomb Recipe video, we will teach you how to make Bacon Bombs on the BBQ. This Easy Bacon Bomb is one that is simple to do and doesn’t take a lot of prep time.

What you will need to make this Easy Bacon Bomb Recipe is:

1-2lbs of Ground Beef (1lb makes about 6 bacon bombs)
1-2 packs of bacon (2 strips per bacon bomb)
1 small onion – Diced
1 green pepper – Diced
1 cup diced mushrooms
Seasoning to taste (salt pepper garlic) for the beef.

Bacon Bomb Step #1
First to make these Bacon Bombs you will need to take the ground beef and add it to a mixing bowl where you will then add in your seasoning. Feel free to use your favourite bbq rub if you wish as your seasoning.

Bacon Bomb Step #2
Portion off your meat balls and begin to flatten them into thin hamburger type patties.

Bacon Bomb Step #3
Once Flattened, cup the beef into your hand and begin to fill the meat with whatever filling you desire. We used onion, green pepper and mushrooms. Cheese is always great to add in as well if you wish. Once stuff begin to carefully close it up until you have a stuffed meatball.

Bacon Bomb Step #4
Once you have your stuffed meatball, grab two slices of bacon and place down in an “X”. Place the stuffed meatball on the middle and begin to wrap the bacon around the stuffed meatball filling in all the holes.

Bacon Bomb Step #5
Once the bacon bombs are made, place them on the grill indirect for 30 minutes at 300 degrees. After 30 minutes apply your favourite bbq sauce and let cook another 15 minutes. After 15 minutes apply a second layer of bbq sauce and let cook again another 15 minutes. After around an hour, or an internal tempreture of 160 degrees your Bacon Bombs or Bacon Wrapped Meatballs are done!.
