In this Easy Honey Garlic Chicken Wings Recipe, we will teach you how to cook a Delicious Chicken wings on the grill. These incredible wings are simple to do and tastes great! We made these on the Napoleon Kettle grill, but you can also do this on any other type of grill using the indirect cooking method or the slow n sear. Everything you need to know is below.

Old Hickory Knife – 10in
INGREDIENTS THAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS COOK:
1 pack of Chicken Wings (whole or split)
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Honey
5-6 cloves of Garlic
1/2 tbs ginger
1 tsp corn starch to thicken using 1 oz cold water
***HOW TO COOK HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN WINGS ON THE GRILL***
First you will need to prepare your BBQ Chicken Wings using all the ingredients above. Start by covering your wings with an all purpose Rub. Once that is done let them sit for 20 minutes while you get your grill set up for indirect cooking.
Once your grill is up to 300-325 degrees you will place your wings onto the cool side of the grill. Add your favourite hardwood to the Slow N Sear for some added smoke flavour and begin cooking for 2 hours.
After 60 minutes of cooking, you are going to open the grill and flip the wings and sauce both sides. When this is done close the lid and continue cooking while continuing to sauce the wings every 15-20 minutes.
Once your wings reach 175 degrees they will be done. Remove them from the grill, top with some green onion and or sesame and you are done.
